SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently only accept orders within Canada through our website.
If you're located outside Canada, please email us at orders@clubriante.com to inquire about international shipping options and delivery fees.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
3. Shipping Options within Canada
Flat Rate Shipping:
$10 CAD on all orders under $150 CAD
(Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD with code FREESHIP150)Free Local Store Pickup:
Available at Fairview Mall, North York.
We’ll notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.Free Local Delivery:
Available to Scarborough and North York (Toronto).
We'll contact you to coordinate a convenient delivery time.
4. Return Shipping
We offer free returns on all orders within Canada.
Please refer to our Return Policy below for full details.
5. Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers including Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
6. Tracking Information
All orders include tracking. In rare cases where tracking may not be available due to carrier limitations, we’ll do our best to communicate proactively.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
Email orders@clubriante.com as soon as possible
For damage claims, please include clear photos of the outer box and the item(s)
We may request this documentation for insurance purposes
8. Shipping Delays
We’ll notify you as soon as your tracking information is available. If you notice significant delays or tracking issues, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the problem.
9. Signature Confirmation
We may require a signature upon delivery for some or all orders to ensure safe receipt.
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS:
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer free returns within Canada. To initiate a return:
Email us at orders@clubriante.com within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging
Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
2-year Limited Warranty:
We want you to feel good about your Club Riante purchase. That’s why, in addition to a 14-day return policy, we offer a limited 2-year warranty on pieces over $100 CAD.
To use the warranty, please keep the original packaging and follow the care instructions we include with your order.
If something goes wrong, send us photos on orders@clubriante.com so we can confirm the item was properly cared for. If it qualifies, we’ll issue store credit for the full amount.
